Yoga Inversions Workshop

Inversions make us strong as hell.

Build full body strength and refine your motor control by going upside-down. Learn safe and proper technique to get comfortably into each pose. Shape an alignment framework to help you improve your performance in any pose.
In this workshop, learn correct alignment and the step-by-step building blocks for:
  • Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
  • Headstand (Sirsasana I and II)
  • Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
  • Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

Don’t let these names intimidate you: after a bit of practice, they will all say simply “fun and strength” to you and your body. Enjoy detailed breakdowns of each pose, helpful hands on adjustments, and take-home practice plans to continue your inversion journey into the future.
