Small Group Personal Training with 2-4 Participants
Barbell lifting and weight training to build strength and power
Mondays 5:30-6:20 p.m.
$30 per class, pre-arranged drop-ins only

Upbeat Yoga: Monday Evenings with Lisa
Flow Yoga with strength, balance, core alignment, and deep stretch
Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m. and 7:00-8:00 p.m.
