Restorative Yoga Wind-Down: One evening a Month
Because self care isn’t selfish.
Stretch and soothe with a 75 minute restorative yoga and joint mobility class.
Cozy up with your tight, tense places + gently stretch and ease them into relaxation.
Thursday January 16th at 6:00-7:15 p.m.
