Lisa was my personal trainer over the summer. Her approach is positive, challenging and fun. I have worked out for years but Lisa has a different approach. Instead of the traditional crunches and weight lifting, her workouts are more creative. Instead of looking forward to the end of my workout, I was completely absorbed in what we were doing.

Lisa also explained Precision Nutrition to me which seems like a realistic way to eat healthfully long term. She made suggestions as to how to adjust my diet gradually with small changes.

Lisa is bright and articulate and excellent at explaining the exercises and the reasons for doing them. I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts and feel more fit than I did at the beginning of the summer.

Because of Happy Fit I take most of my workouts outside.  I started with Beach Bootcamp last summer and looked foward to every class.  What a wonderful way to work out…with the seals and the gulls! Lisa’s easy approach to fitness is always inspiring and her flexible scheduling is really appreciated with my busy schedule.  My fitness mantra~ I always regret it when I don’t, but I never regret it when I do.

I have attended a couple of different fitness group classes under a couple of different instructors and Lisa is my favorite by far!  I never feel like just another of the group, she makes me, and all of us, feel important and that we have her full attention. When you are working hard to try to better yourself, your health and general well being it is really nice to feel that the instructor cares about you and your goals and helping you get there.  I have found this with Lisa and Happy fit.  I recommend Happy fit’s classes to everyone I can.

I love Happy Fit classes!  Lisa always changes up every class, so you don’t get bored and your body does not plateau.  She always shows you different intensity levels for each exercise, so you can make it as difficult as you feel comfortable with.  I like the fact that her classes include full body workouts (cardio, strength, core and most importantly stretching). I would recommend her classes to anyone looking to feel great, tone their entire body and  for weight loss as an added bonus.

I have been participating in Outdoor Boot Camp and Fusion Fitness for the last two years and Lisa’s classes are just amazing.  Most of her classes take advantage of the gorgeous south shore scenery.  She is highly motivated to train, educate and make classes fun for everyone – all ability levels are welcomed and celebrated.  Lisa teaches with lots of humour, health tips, positive energy and helps you to challenge yourself.  The time flies by and before you know it, the class is done and you are looking forward to the next one.   Lisa’s Happy Fit classes have greatly improved my health and fitness level and I highly recommend giving them a try!

Lisa gave me the motivation to exercise when i wasn’t in the mood and to work much harder than i would have on my own. i look forward to our training sessions as she is always positive, in a good mood and clearly interested in improving the health of her students.
