Daytime Pre/Post Natal Fitness Classes and Small Group Personal Training
Things change quickly for moms and growing babies. Happy Fit will be offering easy 4-and 6-week-long sessions of Prenatal Fitness, Mom and Baby Fitness, and Stroller Fit classes. Contact us ASAP and we will form additional sessions around your preferences.
Prenatal Fitness and Small Group Personal Training classes are for expecting moms in their second and third trimesters. Staying active during pregnancy is good for you and your baby. Prenatal fitness classes will focus on maximizing health and comfort of mom and baby during pregnancy and delivery. With easy full body stretching and toning, special attention will be paid to strengthening relevant muscle groups such as the pelvic floor and core.
Mom and Baby Fitness classes are for moms with babies 6 weeks to 1 year or pre-mobile. Exercising with your baby is a great way to promote bonding, and you will meet other moms and babies to form networks of support. Many fun options will be shown, holding baby to increase challenge where appropriate. Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. starting March 1st.
Stroller Fitness classes for moms with babies 6 weeks and older, who are happy in a stroller while mom gets her workout. These classes will take place indoors at the HB Studios Track when the weather is poor, and outdoors as it improves (which will likely not be for a few months)! Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15 a.m. starting March 1st.
