Group Classes
New Year’s Resolutions always lead to a rush on Happy Fit Classes. Check this out what’s being offered for 2012, and sign up right away to secure your spot!
Remember:
- We use the latest and best techniques that will get you the best results of your life.
- Join any class as all classes will be adapted to your fitness level.
- In every class we use Foam Rollering
for myofascial release, strength, stretch and balance. Bring your own, purchase one through Happy Fit, or book a “loaner” to borrow
- Classes will be cancelled on Snow Days to avoid dangerous driving conditions; make-up classes will be added at the end of the session, at the same time and day of the week.
LUNENBURG COUNTY:
Bridgewater Dave’s Lifestyle Fitness Studio 373 King St.
Happy Fit Body focuses on effective and challenging functional resistance training and corrective exercises to keep you moving well, burning fat and building muscle. BOSU, kettlebells, free weights and more will be used for maximum results. Variety and intensity will keep your body challenged, and help the time fly by. Class sizes kept small for safety and personalized training.
Sunday evenings, 5:45-6:30 p.m., January 8-April 1 except Jan 22 and March 11 ($106 for 11 classes)
Coming Soon – Happy Fit Fusion: a delicious blend of no-impact stretch plus strength training. The best of yoga, pilates, and ballet. Lots of options for beginner to advanced participants. Class sizes kept small for safety and personalized training. Sundays, 5:00-5:45 p.m.
Dayspring Municipal Activity and Recreation Centre in Dayspring, between Bridgewater and Lunenburg
Coming Soon – Small Group Personal Training + Nutrition at the MARC gives you the attention and results of personal training, without the expense. Includes:
- Comprehensive body composition assessments and tracking
- Functional Movement Screens and Assessments (FMS Certified)
- Exercise instruction and prescription
- Precision Nutrition (PN) certified habits-based nutrition coaching- food journal review and recommendations
Monday evenings, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Advanced Small Groups
If you have regularly attended a past session of Small Groups and have a basic understanding of the PN habits, and would like to advance your progress with more specific habits and recommendations, you may be entitled to participate in the Advanced Small Groups time spot, Monday evenings, 7-8 p.m., January 9-April 2, except March 12 (Class is Full).
QUEENS COUNTY:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:45-6:40 p.m., January 10-April 3, except March 13 and 15 - $96 for one class per week (12 classes), $170 for both classes each week (24 classes)
Happy Fit Small Groups + Nutrition coaching includes:

Queens Place
Coming Soon – Happy Fit Fusion/Body Combo – This class will feature SWEAT FREE toning so you can head back to work without feeling icky, but don’t be fooled by the lack of perspiration – you will notice big results. Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunchtime.
