Group Classes

Happy Fit Spring classes are now in full swing, until the end of June. Get in touch to see if there is space for you to join in the fun!

 



Remember:

  •  All classes will transition outdoors as the weather improves; indoor locations remain “back-up” for poor weather days
  •  All fitness levels are encouraged to participate – Lisa is a whiz at providing options for everyone
  •  Happy Fit classes are super popular so register today to secure your spot

 

NEW – Kettlebell Small Group Classes

  • Learn  specialized kettlebell technique from Agatsu certified instructor Lisa Avramenko
  • Burn fat and build strength in one of the most efficient, effective ways possible
  • For safety and best results, only 8 participants per class will be accepted
  • Moms may bring babies to class as long as they stay in their stroller or carrier (for safety reasons)

Tuesdays 6:45-7:30 p.m. Milton Centennial School; $125 for 10 classes,  April 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 June 5, 12, 19

Wednesdays 2:15-3:15 p.m. (South Queens Junior High, Staff and Students only) 8 classes April 11-May 30

 

 

 

 

NEW – Lunenburg Lunchtime 

  •  Quick, efficient, bodyweight-only class, allowing you to hit all the high notes for full body training during your lunch break.

Tuesdays and Thursdays for ~40 minutes at lunchtime between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. 4 classes for $35, 8 classes for $64 April 17-May 10

 

Happy Fit Body

  • Functional, full-body training helps you move better, burn fat and build strength
  • TRX, sand bags, kettlebells, heavy ropes and other tools used for fun and results
  •  Variety and intensity will keep your body challenged, and help the time fly by

Sundays 6:00-6:45 p.m., Dave’s Lifestyle Fitness Studio, 373 King St. (Bridgewater); $90 for 9 classes, April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 27, June 10, 17, 24 (No class May 20, June 3)

 

Happy Fit Fusion+Body 

  •  Zero-impact strength, stretch, balance and joint mobility training, with a bit of extra intensity as needed
  • A fun and functional class that uses bodyweight, stability balls, gliding discs, free weights and other tools
  • Improve your tone as you learn to move better and then move more

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-6:40 p.m. at Milton Centennial School, and Tupper Park during nice weather

Tuesdays - $88 for 11 classes on April 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 June 5, 12, 19, 26

Thursdays – $88 for 11 classes on April 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, June 7, 14, 21, 28

Both Tuesdays and Thursdays – $155 for all 22 classes


Happy Small Groups

  • Small Group Personal Training classes provide the best coaching possible at a lower cost that individual personal training
  • Small groups offer the fun and accountability of a group class with more specialized training techniques
  • Both nutrition and exercise services provided as required, tailored for participant goals
  • Improve your fitness and body composition with proven effective tools and strategies (including kettlebells)

Mondays  7:00-8:00 p.m. at the MARC in Dayspring, 10 classes, April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14,  28, June 4, 11, 18, 25 (No class May 21) 10 classes for $125.00

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:45-5:30 p.m., Mahone Bay Centre; 10 or 20 classes, Mondays April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14,  28, June 4, 11, 18, 25 (No class May 21) Wednesdays April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20

Cost for Mahone Bay Small Groups is $12.50 per class for both Monday and Wednesday classes ($250 for April/May/June = 20 classes), and $13.00 per class if you’re attending one class per week ($130.00 for April/May/June = 10 classes on Mondays OR Wednesdays).

 

Happy Fit Stroller Fit

  • Bring baby along in a stroller for this fun and effective group workout
  • Visit with other moms and babies while you improve your cardio and strength
  • For new moms with babies who are 6 weeks old and up

Wednesdays  9:30-10:30 a.m., indoors at the HB Soccer Track and outdoors at the Riverfront Park (Bridgewater), May 2 to June 6th, $50 for the session
