Lunenburg Lunchtime: a road-map for fun!
Lunenburg Lunchtime Bodyweight class happens Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:10-12:50. You get a great full-body workout using only your bodyweight! Here’s my kale soupe recipe – modified from a recipe that was shared with me by a client.
